Mr. Fiedler is the founder of Kenneth Fiedler Injury Law. He attended DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1997. Prior to law school, Mr. Fiedler attended University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois as well as Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. He is admitted to practice law within the following jurisdictions: Supreme Court of Colorado, Supreme Court of Illinois, U.S. District Court District of Colorado, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Northern District of Illinois, Colorado, Illinois, U.S. District Court Central District of Illinois. His areas of practice include Catastrophic Medical Malpractice, Catastrophic Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Transportation Law – Auto, Trucking and other Commercial Vehicles, Premises Liability and Insurance Bad Faith. In addition to being recognized by Lawyers of Distinction for excellence in the practice of law, Mr. Fiedler is a member of various professional associations including Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, American Association of Justice, Colorado Bar Association and Arapahoe County Bar Association. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Families Forward Resource Center. Mr. Fiedler has volunteered to help mentor and judge law students at moot court competitions. Mr. Fiedler also volunteers for the Arapahoe Youth League as a Coach and Mentor for Youth Basketball.
