Mr. Picchi has been practicing for over 25 years in California. He earned a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley in 1987 and he received his J.D. from The University of Santa Clara in 1991. He has been licensed as an attorney in the state of California since 1991. He is admitted to practice before all Courts in California as well as the United States District Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and California Supreme Court. He has tried numerous cases to verdict in various jurisdictions throughout the state of California in Federal, state, and administrative courts. In addition he has written various articles on subjects in the area of medical malpractice including defense of bariatric surgery cases, defense of obstetrical cases, defense of radiology cases, and defense of psychiatric cases.
