John Parsons practice focuses on complex business and commercial disputes, with an emphasis on litigating LLC, corporate, and partnership disputes; construction contract and lien enforcement actions; insurance coverage; and probate/trust matters in Oregon and Washington as well as in other jurisdictions across the country. He earned his B.A. from Utah State University in 1989 cum laude and his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University in 1992. He is admitted to practice in Oregon, Washington, the U.S. District Courts for the District of Oregon, the Western District of Washington, and the Eastern District of Washington, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
