Jimmy Oliver Family and Divorce Law

Jimmy Oliver graduated from Oklahoma State University School of Law in 2010 and has been in private practice since that time. Oliver obtained his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University. He is a member of the Payne County Bar Association and will serve as President in 2017. In 2015, while Oliver was Law Day Chair, the PCBA received the Hicks Epton Law Day Award from the Oklahoma Bar Association for outstanding Law Day activities. Oliver has been selected and attended leadership academies through the City of Stillwater and the Oklahoma Bar Association. Oliver has served on the board of directors for the Saville Center for Child Advocacy for the past three years and will continue on this board for an additional three year term. He also serves on the OBA budget committee and as the alternate city judge for the City of Guthrie. Prior to joining the firm Oliver, worked at Legal Aid Services assisting indigent clients with their legal needs. Now that he is in private practice he makes it a priority to continue this service to the community by representing Legal Aid clients on a pro bono basis.
