James P. Greene graduated from Georgetown University Law Center, JD/LL.M (Tax) in 1995.
He holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Maryland and is certified by the University of Illinois as a Master Online Teacher.
Mr. Greene operates a full-service law practice in Naperville Illinois where he concentrates in the areas of tax, corporations, partnerships, trusts, non-profits, asset protection, elder law and estate and business planning.
As a former faculty member at the John Marshall law School in Chicago, Mr. Greene has taught coursework in both international and corporate tax. In addition, Mr. Greene has taught various courses in economics at universities and colleges throughout the United States. Mr. Greene performs public speaking on topics ranging from Asset Protection to Estate Planning and Taxation.
In 2007, Mr. Greene founded the Illinois Tax Training Institute (ITTI). ITTI is Illinois’ only tax
training school leading to representation before the Internal Revenue Service. At the time of this writing, ITTI continues as the only tax school in Illinois expressly training for high paying careers in IRS tax representation. ITTI is paving the way to individual financial independence by teaching members of the community and tax preparers, to become professionals in tax representation for individuals and businesses.
The Institute promotes tax compliance and integrity in the profession and gears its courses to reflect the significant role of ethics in the practice.
