James "Mac" Stuckey is a local attorney who has lived in Stuart and Martin County, Florida since 1956. He graduated from Martin County High School, Indian River State College, and Florida Atlantic University, locally, receiving his law degree from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. He has practiced law in Stuart, Florida since 1977 and concentrates his practice in the areas of Wills, Trusts, Estate Tax Planning and Probate, as well as Real Estate and Commercial Transactions.
