While attending the University of Southern California, Fernando was on the Dean’s List and awarded the Order of Troy. This prestigious award is given to a select number of graduating undergraduate students whose leadership, in conjunction with academic excellence, has provided significant value to the USC community. After receiving his Bachelors Degree from the USC in 2003, Fernando went on to attend George Washington University Law School, Washington, DC, to obtain his Juris Doctorate. Before graduating in 2006, he was President of the Mock Trial Board. Fernando passed his California bar exam in 2007, and was admitted into the U.S. District Court Central District of California. He is licensed in California State Court and Federal Court. Fernando has been in practice since 2007 and has obtained compensation for his clients totaling over $20,000,000.00. He is an active member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and Orange County Trial Lawyers Association. Fernando is happily married with two daughters and a bernadoodle. He also speaks fluent Spanish.
