Eric H. Jostock is the president of the law firm of Jostock & Jostock, P.A.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1990 with a Juris Doctor where he was an Associate Editor of Law Review, received the Ricketts Award for Academic Excellence and was a member of the Illinois Order of Coif. Eric graduated from the University of Iowa undergraduate in 1987 with a Bachelor of Business. Mr. Jostock has been practicing law since 1990.
Eric takes a very active role in the firm’s day to day legal affairs, specifically those related to complex wealth planning and corporate representation. He has been representing various individuals and corporate clients for approximately twenty years and is responsible for handling all of their wealth management, transactional, business and employment legal needs. Mr. Jostock has handled multimillion dollar commercial and industrial real estate transactions, 1031 exchanges and reverse exchanges, the full gambit of intricate employer-employee relationship matters as well as numerous multimillion dollar mergers, acquisitions and asset purchases for corporate clients.
