Dianne is licensed to practice in every court in the state of Mississippi, federal and state, and is licensed to practice in the federal 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. Dianne is an actively practicing lawyer and can be found in court on most days. Her focus is on family law. This includes divorce, child custody, adoption, child support, grandparent visitation, guardianship, wills and estates, conservatorships, and other probate matters. In addition, Dianne has a criminal law practice, as well. The firm is proud to represent many fathers, same sex couples, grandparents, and anyone who loves and cares for a child. We serve our clients without prejudice and all are welcome in our office. Dianne is a mother and a grandmother herself. She is licensed as an RN and graduated from nursing school in 1991.
