David Wasson has been practicing for over 30 years. He graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1988, became a member of the California Bar later that year, began practicing civil litigation focusing on personal injury defense until 2010 when he became a member of the Nevada Bar and launched a law firm, Wasson & Associates, Inc. The law firm has focused on civil litigation but expanded into Nevada and Arizona. In 2012 Mr. Wasson became a member of the Arizona State Bar. Over the years Mr. Wasson has developed a great deal of litigation experience. He has served a lead trial counsel in over 20 civil trials. He has served as a mediator and an arbitrator in California and currently serves as an Arbitrator and Trial judge in Nevada.
