Graduating from Hamilton College in 1983, David L. Goldman continued on to Tulane University School of Law, graduating in 1987. The Florida Bar admitted him the same year he graduated and he began building his experience right away. After Mr. Goldman was admitted to the Florida Bar, he began exclusively practicing in wrongful death and personal injury. Mr. Goldman was a managing partner in a successful, bustling personal injury practices that held offices up and down the West Coast of Florida before joining our law firm. David received a direct appointment for the Governor of Florida for the Judicial Nominating Commission for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of Manatee, DeSoto and Sarasota Counties. David L. Goldman has a list of impressive awards, associations and activities. He is a long-time member of the American Association of Justice and an Eagle member of the Florida Justice Association, organizations of trial lawyers who are dedicated to strengthening and upholding the civil justice system. David is also a member of the National Trial Lawyers, the Southern Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Million Dollar Advocate Forum, and he has been named the “10 Best Attorneys” by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys, all organizations that extend memberships to top attorneys who exemplify superior qualifications, trial results and leadership.
