David Elbaum has dedicated his professional life to the representation of individuals. After graduating with honors from Fordham University’s School of Law, he began his legal career in 2000 as a civil rights and Constitutional lawyer. David honed his litigation skills at Greenwald Christoph P.C., a law firm founded by noted Constitutional lawyer and co-founder of The Intercept, Glenn Greenwald.
In 2006, David transitioned into practicing matrimonial and family law exclusively. David is highly experienced in all facets of matrimonial and family law practice, including matters of child custody, child and spousal support, and equitable distribution of assets. David’s background in accounting prior to his legal career gives him a fluency in complicated financial matters and a skill set particularly vital for clients with complex asset portfolios.
