David DeFazio grew up in Richmond, Virginia and went to high school, college, and law school locally in Virginia. Before law school, he served in the Army, which he credits with teaching him the relationship between organization and careful preparation, both skills needed to succeed under pressure. He has discovered that these are helpful to this day. He continues to incorporate organization and careful preparation into his legal strategies and has achieved significant successes in his divorce and family law cases.
