From the start of this process someone has always explained in detail what was going on. If I did not understand something all I had to do was call. I was truly impressed at how they took charge and obtained everything needed for my case. All I really had to do was call them and go to any appointments that were setup. Even when I was in the hospital, I called them and they took care of notifying everyone of the situation and postponing anything that I may have needed to take care of.
