Elevated to President/Principal Attorney of Elevated to President/Principal Attorney of Joseph & Joseph in 2019, Courtney Hanna focuses her practice in the areas of domestic/family law cases involving complex issues such as child support, spousal support, custody, division of assets and liabilities, prenuptial agreements, and post-decree motions, as well as intricate real estate transactional and litigation matters. Ms. Hanna is an active member of the Columbus Bar Association and serves as the 2019-2021 chairperson of the Real Property Committee. Additionally, in 2019, Ms. Hanna was selected for inclusion into the Trademark Women of Distinction Honors Edition. She has served as a mentor to new lawyers since 2012 in the Lawyer to Lawyer Mentoring Program of the Supreme Court of Ohio. She was also accepted into and completed the Ohio Women's Bar Foundation Leadership Institute Class of 2019-2020. Ms. Hanna was selected to the Ohio Rising Stars list for 2021.
