An attorney with more than a decade of litigation experience, Ms. Holloway represents clients in family law matters including divorce, separation agreements, child support and custody, child support modification, child custody modification, and paternity. Ms. Holloway has successfully negotiated and settled cases. Yet, in those matters that cannot be settled, she is prepared to aggressively represent clients in all stages of litigation including discovery, motions practice, and trial. During the course of her legal career, Ms. Holloway has tried more than 150 cases in the Courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia. With an understanding and compassion for the delicate issues associated with divorce, child custody disputes, and other family law matters, Ms. Holloway is committed to obtaining positive results for each of her clients. She strives to deliver those results in a cost efficient and practical manner. Ms. Holloway is committed to serving her community and has a special interest in advocating for policies and laws that will improve the lives of women and families. Ms. Holloway currently serves as the President of the Montgomery County Commission for Women. In this role, Ms. Holloway works with14 other Commissioners to identify areas of law and policies that impact women and girls disparately and to advocate for remedies to these inequities.
