Chad Fuller Civil Litigation motorcyclelawgroup.com/

Chad Fuller has represented motorcyclists throughout South Carolina since he became a personal injury attorney in 2007. A lifelong motorcyclist, Chad is trusted by motorcycle clubs across the state for his deep knowledge of bikes and passion for the lifestyle, particularly ensuring that riders’ Fourth Amendment rights – security against unreasonable search and seizure – are not infringed upon simply because of the colors on one’s vest.

He and other personal injury attorneys at Motorcycle Law Group are steadfast supporters of the right to ride. Chad has been recognized in Federal Court as an expert in the settlement of motorcycle personal injury cases. He has taught continuing education classes to attorneys in the areas of motorcycle tort and insurance law, serves as pro bono corporate counsel for the national Run for the Wall, and represents riders statewide through motorcyclist rights group ABATE. As valued member of the South Carolina riding community, Chad is the youngest member ever inducted into the South Carolina Biker Hall of Fame.

After realizing he and other motorcyclists could not park in public parking garages, he and ABATE of SC pushed forward a state law signed by then-Gov. Nikki Haley that permitted two-wheeled vehicles access to infrastructure funded by public dollars. Chad works closely with South Carolina motorcycle rights organizations and often lectures around the State with regard to laws affecting motorcyclists.

In addition to representing motorcyclists, Chad is an effective advocate for clients of automobile, truck, medical malpractice cases in South Carolina’s civil, criminal, and administrative courts.
