Founding Partner, ANOUSHEH SABOURI received her Bachelor of Arts Degree with Cum Laude honors in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. She received her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California. She is sworn in before California State and Federal Courts. Ms. Sabouri has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of Employment/Labor Law and Workers? Compensation including Labor Code Section 132a claims, Serious and Willful Misconduct claims, subrogation and lien litigation She began her career clerking for the founding partner of a large defense firm, and ultimately practiced as an attorney for that firm until she left to become Managing Partner of a well-known large defense firm. As Managing Partner, Ms. Sabouri continued her practice defending employers, insurance companies, municipalities, self-insured entities, and third party administrators in complex litigation while giving presentations and seminars state-wide regarding strategies for claims-handling, training on Senate Bills and perspectives on lien litigation. With over 20 years of Workers? Compensation and Employment/Labor Law experience, Ms. Sabouri left her prior firm to start Sabouri and Torigian so that she could give her clients the individual care and attention they needed.
