Angela De La Housaye founded the firm of De La Housaye & Associates in 2000 in Los Angeles, California. It has since expanded to two additional cities in California. Ms. De La Housaye began her legal career in business civil litigation and uses this experiential knowledge and her transactional practice as a tactical advantage in managing DLHA’s litigation strategy work. Ms. De La Housaye also specializes in the transactional areas of business law, mergers and acquisitions, liability protection and entity formation, business succession, trade secret and proprietary information protection, employment practice matters and a general business legal oversight for DLHA corporate clients.
Ms. De La Housaye oversees the DLHA Walnut Creek, San Francisco and Los Angeles offices. In addition, she sits on and advises several Boards of Directors, at both the city and county levels, including the following: Board of Director, Contra Costa Council and Co-Chair Small Business and Entrepreneurial Task Force, Contra Costa County; Board of Director, Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce; Board of Director, Women’s Initiative for Contra Costa County; Graduate, “Leadership Contra Costa”; Member, National Women’s Chamber of Commerce; Member, National Association of Women Business Owners; Member Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Contra Costa Bar Associations, and Member, Business Law Section.
