Mr. Andrew S. Regenbaum is a senior trial attorney in the Upstate New York area who is also a founding and managing partner of Regenbaum Arciero McMillan & Burgess, PC. Mr. Regenbaum’s practice areas primarily consists of medical malpractice defense in which he and the firm have defended numerous medical and dental professionals (hospitals, doctors, large medical groups, dentists, podiatrists and nurses) against claims in federal and state court. Mr. Regenbaum earned his Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in 1993 and he earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Washington University School of Law in 1996 with the honor of being named as a member of the Order of Barristers. In 1996, Mr. Regenbaum was admitted to the New York State Bar, the New Jersey Bar and the Washington, D.C. Bar. After passing the bar, Andrew began practicing privately in the Washington D.C. area. With more than 20 years of litigation experience, Mr. Regenbaum has been representing hospitals, healthcare providers and physicians in the Hudson Valley since 2000. In 2019, he co-founded Regenbaum Arciero McMillan & Burgess, PC. Andrew is admitted to practice law within all of the New York State Courts, Federal District Courts of Northern and Southern Districts of New York, Federal District Court of New Jersey, Second Circuit Court of Appeals and United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the Dutchess County Bar Association and the New York Medical Defense Bar Association.
