Mr. Moher graduated from the University of Michigan with an undergraduate degree in Psychology. He then pursued his legal career at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. While at Thomas Jefferson, Mr. Moher was an editor on the law review, a member of the Criminal Law Society, and has had legal articles published in textbooks and international publications. Mr. Moher is a member of the American Bar Association, the San Diego County Bar Association, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Mr. Moher is an active licensed member in good standing of the California Bar and Illinois bar, and is also licensed in Federal Court in the Southern, Northern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California. Mr. Moher has extensive experience in consumer and business bankruptcy, and has personally filed over three hundred bankruptcy cases over the past three years. In his practice, Mr. Moher frequently assists homeowners facing foreclosure, and works with his clients to evaluate various legal options to keep them in their homes. Mr. Moher also is very experienced with real estate litigation, loan modification, civil litigation, and probate matters, as well as many other areas of the law.
