Amber L. Mied is a shareholder with Mied Law Group, P.C. Admitted to practice law in Arizona and California, she is an aggressive domestic relations litigator. Ms. Mied consults with parents and advocates for parental rights in conflictual custody litigation, frequently involving complex psychological issues, child abuse and issues of addiction. The Firm maintains full time offices in both Scottsdale, Arizona and Del Mar, California to most adequately serve the needs of clients in both States.
Ms. Mied has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1997. The Firm also has an active private mediation practice which permits litigants to step out of the litigation process and strive toward negotiated-for-agreements between themselves.
