My case is still ongoing but had some questions about factors that had made me very worrisome. I decided to call and discuss the questions / concerns I had. I was extremely fortunate that I had Yiana on the other side to assist me. She was extremely patient with my questions, reassuring, and insightful about everything I had thrown at her. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
