After enlisting in the Ohio Army National Guard as a Military Police Officer in 2012, Alex spent most of his six years with the Army on active duty as the Training Sergeant for the 324th Military Police Company out of Middletown, Ohio. While on active duty and travelling throughout the Nation, Alex never ceased taking classes and placed his education above all while gearing up to tackle Law School. Alex attended the University of Cincinnati, obtaining his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies before moving on to Northern Kentucky University - Chase College of Law. Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic and his Military Duties, Alex successfully completed a Semester in Practice with Merk & Gile, PLC and graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 2020 where he went on to pass the next offered bar exam.
Upon obtaining his License to practice Law, Alex opened his own solo practice where he began by assisting Landlords and Tenants navigate the issues that arise in the context of the Landlord/Tenant relationship. Additionally, Alex successfully assisted many clients in their Probate/Estate Administration and Planning, Business Litigation, Personal Injury Matters, and Real Estate transactions that arose outside the Landlord/Tenant relationship. Michael Cassone, being opposing counsel to Alex on many matters, took notice of Alex's prowess, wit, passion, attention to detail, and unique but successful approach to many situations and subsequently offered Alex a position as an Associate Attorney with Cassone Law Offices, LLC and immediately placed Alex on the track to Partner.
Alex takes pride in the one-on-one time and education he is able to provide his clients. Many times, potential clients are stuck wondering: 'What exactly are my rights?' Whether you are a landlord, tenant, seller, buyer, injured in an accident, planning your estate or administering the estate of a deceased loved one, or are starting your own business, Alex is happy to take the time to sit down and educate you throughout the process. While no attorney knows it all, Alex does not shy away from unique matters that may require more time, attention to detail, and research that would greatly benefit his clients.
