With more than two decades of experience, Attorney Alex Aguirre has protected the rights and best interests of numerous clients facing personal injury matters in his hometown of San Antonio.
After becoming a licensed attorney at 25 years old, he started his career defending insurance companies and corporations against personal injury claims.
Once he gained a thorough understanding of the philosophies and strategies insurers use to defend claims, Attorney Alex Aguirre then turned his attention to the other side of the courtroom, representing clients in personal injury cases. Over the past 20 years, he has achieved numerous seven and six figure settlements for injury victims.
Mr. Aguirre was named a “Super Lawyer” from 2020-present by Thomson Reuters, which is generally considered one of the most credible and prestigious sources of lawyer rankings nationally. Less that 5% of all lawyers in Texas have received this distinction.

Mr. Aguirre has been active in the local legal community as a member of the San Antonio Bar Association, the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Mexican American Bar Association. He has previously served as a Board Member of the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association and Board Member and President of the Mexican American Bar Association. Mr. Aguirre is a former adjunct professor at Northwest Vista College. Mr. Aguirre is additionally licensed to practice in federal courts throughout the state.
