Mr. Nadelhaft’s practice focuses largely in the areas of employment, torts and business-related litigation, including employment discrimination and retaliation, civil rights violations, sexual harassment and assault, whistleblower rights, wrongful termination, defamation, fraud, tortious interference with contractual relations, negligence, assault and battery, conspiracy, intentional infliction of emotional distress, battles over stock options and other equity holdings, change in control agreements, complex employment agreements, shareholder oppression, and restrictive covenants, such as non-compete and non-solicitation provisions. Mr. Nadelhaft also litigates and drafts employment related documents such as contracts and non-competes, and is an expert in e-discovery and social media.
