Adam Dubin advises clients in the financial services industry in a wide variety of regulatory, licensing and compliance matters. Mr. Dubin advises clients on matters involving federal and state regulatory compliance, in particular those involving the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and anti-money laundering matters regulated under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). Mr. Dubin is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS) and uses this experience to advise financial services industry clients in structuring their AML/BSA compliance programs. His practice includes providing guidance and analysis regarding compliance with: Dodd-Frank Act; BSA/AML, USA PATRIOT Act and US Treasury sanction program requirements; and obligations imposed by state and federal consumer financial protection laws, such as TRID, FDCPA, FCRA, GLBA, ECOA and their implementing regulations.
