Jamie Wiggins

Jamie T. Wiggins is a personal injury trial attorney with Solomon, Berschler, Campbell & Thomas, P.C., in Norristown, Pennsylvania. She represents individuals and families, with a practice centered on injury litigation. Her other legal experience includes special education law, family law, criminal defense and civil litigation. She is admitted to Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Wiggins opened Wiggins Law in 2019 after spending several years at another firm representing personal injury plaintiffs. Joining Solomon, Berschler, Campbell & Thomas later brought her back to work with Leno P. Thomas in its personal injury department. Thomas had mentored her before law school, when she was learning to prepare cases for trial, develop case strategy and write legal documents.

Her first job in the legal profession was as a personal injury paralegal. She took that position after completing a bachelor’s degree at Penn State University in 2008, where she studied political science and minored in sociology. Law school followed at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law; she earned her Juris Doctor there in 2014.

At Villanova, Wiggins participated in the National Trial Team and received the Wynne Llewellyn Award for Excellence in Client Counseling. Her trial competitions took her around the country and included a first-place regional result and a second-place national result in civil trial competition.
