About Trevor
Trevor J. Furlong is a personal injury attorney in Tulsa, Oklahoma. His legal work covers injuries from car, motorcycle and eighteen-wheeler crashes, as well as wrongful death cases. He also represents Oklahoma residents in cases involving injury or death caused by negligence in medical and nursing home care. Criminal defense is another part of his practice.
Before becoming a lawyer, Furlong spent seven years in the United States Navy. He enlisted after graduating from Three Rivers High School in 1992, having grown up in southwestern Michigan. His deployments took him to the Persian Gulf region and the Mediterranean Sea; in the latter, he supported operations during the Bosnian crisis.
Military service was followed by a return to Michigan and the completion of his undergraduate education at Davenport University. He then studied law at the University of Oklahoma, where he was editor-in-chief of the American Indian Law Review. His law school activities also included serving as a Student Bar Association class representative and assistant director of the Student Board of Advocates.
Furlong graduated from law school in 2004 and began working with Mark Edwards that year. He became an Edwards Law Firm partner in 2014. Edwards Furlong Law lists him on its attorney roster, while a separate website presents his practice as The Law Offices of Trevor Furlong.
