Vladislav Sirota

Vladislav Sirota is an immigration attorney and the founding member and managing partner of Sirota and Associates, P.C., whose main office is in Brooklyn. He also serves as Of Counsel at Seiden Law; that appointment did not replace his leadership role at Sirota and Associates.

Individuals and families, as well as professionals and businesses, make up the clients he advises on immigration matters. At Seiden Law, his work covers both employment-based and family-based immigration. Immigrant and nonimmigrant visas are part of that practice, along with adjustment of status and naturalization. Immigration is also the subject of a radio program he hosts.

His educational background combines a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies from Georgia State University with a law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. In addition to admission in New York and Georgia state courts, Sirota is admitted to the federal district courts for New York’s Southern and Eastern Districts. His federal appellate admissions span the First, Second, and Tenth Circuits.

Sirota and Associates maintains its main office on Brighton 11th Street in Brooklyn and lists additional offices in Manhattan and Aventura, Florida, available by appointment.
