Peter Glass

His own part in preparing the disclosure included checking the firm’s connections to parties in the bankruptcy cases. Using a list supplied by the debtors’ counsel, he searched for relationships involving the debtors, creditors, other interested parties and certain professionals employed in the cases. He reported that the review had found no connections, including current or past representations. The declaration also noted that inquiries into the firm’s retention by creditors were continuing, with further disclosure to follow if relevant facts emerged.
