Jennifer Bienstock

Jennifer Bienstock is of counsel at Amabile & Erman, P.C., a medical malpractice defense lawyer listed in White Plains, New York. She joined the firm in 2025, after more than three decades defending physicians, hospitals and other healthcare institutions in complex malpractice litigation.

Her interest in the relationship between medicine and law dates to college. At SUNY Stony Brook Hospital, she conducted research in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
