Patrick Galligan

Patrick J. Galligan practices commercial litigation and serves as general corporate counsel in Morristown, New Jersey, where he is a partner at Donnelly Kelly Blackwell & Galligan, LLC. His practice also includes professional liability and construction law. In litigation, his experience runs from discovery to trials and appeals, with appearances in both the Superior Court of New Jersey and federal courts in the state.

Two Morris County organizations have had Galligan as their president: the Bar Foundation in 2016 and the Bar Association in 2017. His service also includes a foundation trusteeship and co-chairmanship of the association’s Civil Practice Committee. He previously served on the District XB Ethics Committee.

Galligan earned his undergraduate degree at the College of the Holy Cross, receiving a B.A. in 1991. He then attended Seton Hall University School of Law, where he received his J.D. in 1996.
