Her legal practice revolves around personal injury litigation, and she holds bar admissions in both New Jersey and Florida, as well as the New Jersey District Court. Ms. Duarte commenced her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in Florida, passionately advocating for indigent individuals facing criminal charges, including juveniles in delinquency proceedings.
