About Charles
Charles Spinelli is president of E3, an employee-management company in Summit, New Jersey. His professional background includes corporate and securities law, investment banking and executive management. He earned both his undergraduate and law degrees at Fordham: a Bachelor of Science from the university and a Juris Doctor from its School of Law.
At E3, the business is employer administration. The company offers payroll and tax administration, employee benefits and human resources services. Its payroll system handles W-2s, garnishments and unemployment claims as well as tax collection and filing. On the human resources side, E3 staff prepare employee handbooks, management guides and safety programs. Businesses can also engage the company through its administrative services organization model for day-to-day HR administration. These are E3’s services, rather than a description of Spinelli’s individual legal practice.
Outside his work at E3, Spinelli has coached women’s lacrosse for 20 years and served as a football captain in high school and college. His company biography also describes his mentoring of young men and women in business and faith. It lists involvement with Regnum Christi and the Knights of Columbus, along with work as a catechesis presenter. Other commitments named in that account are a board role with the Young Catholic Professional group and service on the finance committee of Inspire, a faith-based pregnancy center in New Jersey.
