Jeremy Epstein

Jeremy Epstein is a New Orleans attorney and the founder of Jeremy Epstein Law, LLC, with a practice that includes family law and car accidents. Divorce and child and spousal support appear among his individual practice areas; his firm also represents clients in child custody matters.

His employment history includes positions at two other practices. From 2009 to 2013, he was an attorney at Herman, Herman & Katz, followed by two years as an attorney partner and owner of Epstein Law Firm. His work at Herman, Herman, Katz & Cotlar began earlier, with a law clerk position from 2007 to 2009.

Tulane figures in both his education and his early legal work. He graduated from its AB Freeman School of Business in 2004 with a B.S., cum laude. His J.D. followed at Tulane Law School in 2007, along with a certificate in maritime law. That same year, he served as a student attorney at the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic and volunteered as a law clerk for Orleans Public Defenders. In 2006, he had been a legal intern with the Immigration Refugee Services at Catholic Charities of New Orleans.

His bar admissions began in Texas in 2008 and Louisiana in 2009. The federal admissions listed in his biography are the Eastern and Middle Districts of Louisiana, both in 2010, and the U.S. Supreme Court in 2012.
