Mr. Rabin graduated from the University of Kansas in 1984 and the Oklahoma City University Law School in 1987. He became a member of the Kansas Bar in the same year. He is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan, Johnson County, Kansas, Missouri and American Bar Associations. He is licensed to practice in Federal Court in both Kansas and Missouri. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America. He is also one of a few attorneys in the Kansas City area certified by the American Collectors Association (ACA) as a MAP and CNR attorney. Mr. Rabin is also the ACA Chairman for the State of Kansas. Mr.Rabin also devotes the majority of his practice to the enforcement of creditor's rights, collections, and the representation of collection agencies as well as collection notice reviews.

Mr. Whitney concentrates his law practice in the areas of civil litigation, trial, appellate and business law. His practice emphasizes representation of small and medium-sized businesses and owners, as well as not-for-profit entities. His practice includes commercial and business litigation, employment law, insurance coverage, administrative law, and domestic law. Mr. Whitney earned his B.A. from MidAmerica Nazarene University before earning his J.D. at Washburn University School of Law. He is admitted to both the Kansas and Missouri State Courts.

Igers Vangjeli’s desire to pursue a career in law began during his childhood when he witnessed the complexities of his parents’ divorce at the age of 9. That personal experience sparked a deep interest in helping others navigate similar challenges, ultimately leading him to specialize in family law. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he honed his passion for advocating on behalf of families in need of legal guidance. Upon graduation, Igers made the move to Kansas City, quickly finding it to be a place he could call home. He has been dedicated to serving the Kansas City community ever since. As the Managing Attorney at Kansas Legal Group, Igers brings a unique approach to his cases, aiming to foster a sense of cooperation and mutual respect from the beginning. He believes in working collaboratively with opposing counsel to find solutions, whenever possible, that benefit all parties involved. His philosophy is rooted in the idea that legal matters, particularly in family law, are best handled with professionalism, empathy, and a clear understanding of his clients’ needs. Scott is a partner with the firm and is the head of the litigation department. He began his career in California's Silicon Valley in 1990. He moved to Kansas and joined Hovey Williams in 1999. His practice includes all aspects of intellectual property creation, management, enforcement and licensing, with particular emphasis on intellectual property litigation. Scott has been a full time first chair trial lawyer since 1999, handling more than one hundred lawsuits in state and federal courts across the country in his career, both at trial and on appeal.
