Todd Glassman

Todd M. Glassman is a Chicago family law attorney and the managing partner of Allen, Glassman & Schatz, LLC. He has also qualified as a Child Representative through the Cook County court system, a role involving court-appointed representation of minor children in domestic relations cases. In 2014, he completed mediation training at Northwestern University and obtained approval from the Circuit Court of Cook County to mediate financial and parenting disputes in its Domestic Relations Division.

Social media and divorce have been recurring subjects of his presentations. For the firm’s Think Tank series, Glassman co-presented “The Downside of Social Media in Divorce” in February 2013. A major Chicago sports team’s rookie class heard him co-present on the same subject in May 2014. He later joined Gemma Allen for a related continuing legal education seminar for Lake County Bar Association members in March 2015; the two also wrote about the topic for the association’s magazine, The Docket.

Glassman’s association with the firm began in 2007 as an associate at what was then Ladden & Allen, Chartered. After becoming a partner in 2011, he joined founder Gemma Allen as a name partner on April 1, 2018. He took on the managing partner role in 2026. The firm describes its practice as covering marriage, divorce, mediation, financial settlements and parenting matters.
