About John

John C. Bell, Jr. is a trial lawyer at The Bell Firm in Augusta, Georgia. His cases have included personal injuries, environmental damage and consumer class actions. Environmental litigation also appears in his teaching and professional service. He chaired the Association of Trial Lawyers of America’s Environmental and Toxic Section from 1989 to 1990. In July 2007, he presented on environmental property damage claims at the American Association for Justice’s annual meeting in Chicago.
