David M. Van Sant is a nationally recognized personal injury attorney and founder of Van Sant Law. He earned his B.B.A. from Kennesaw State University and graduated with honors from Georgia State University College of Law in 2003. Beginning his legal career defending major insurance companies, Mr. Van Sant now uses that insider experience to fight for individuals injured in car crashes, truck accidents, nursing home abuse, and wrongful death cases.
