Piercy Stakelum

Piercy Stakelum is a personal injury trial attorney and the founder of Trial Pro, P.A., in Orlando, Florida. His work includes representing people injured through the negligence of others, with a particular emphasis on motor vehicle negligence cases. He has tried cases in both state and federal courts across Florida.

Stakelum graduated from the University of Florida Law School in 1997. During law school, he participated on the Moot Court and Trial Competition teams. He subsequently worked at two large law firms before establishing Trial Pro in Orlando in 2001 as a personal injury practice. Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, he is identified by Trial Pro as its senior personal injury attorney.

The firm he founded now has offices in Orlando, Tampa, Fort Myers, Naples and Melbourne, and serves the surrounding areas of Brevard County. Trial Pro lists personal injury, car and motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, slip-and-fall cases and workers’ compensation among its practice areas.
