About Mark
Mark Stallworth, founder of Stallworth Law, is a Tampa personal injury attorney whose litigation practice also includes criminal matters. Before moving into civil practice, he served as an Assistant State Attorney in Hillsborough County. His background also includes work with the State Attorney’s Office in Sarasota County.
At a Tampa law firm, Stallworth handled personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability and nursing home litigation before opening his own firm. He separately practiced plaintiff-side subrogation litigation at another Tampa firm. His individual practice listing at Stallworth Law covers wrongful death and personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents. It also names premises liability, slip-and-fall cases and products liability.
Stallworth studied English literature at the University of Michigan, earning a Bachelor of Arts, before receiving his law degree from Stetson University College of Law. Trial advocacy was his concentration at Stetson. He belonged to the school’s Mock Trial Board and competed on a team that won the American Bar Association National Trial Competition.
The Florida Bar lists him under the name Mark B. Stallworth and confirms that he is a member in good standing, eligible to practice law in Florida. Its directory places Stallworth Law, P.A., at 401 East Jackson Street, Suite 3300, in Tampa.
