Troy Nathan Bell was admitted to practice in Louisiana in 1990, and he is admitted to practice before all federal and state courts in Louisiana, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He received his education from Loyola University (B.A. 1985) and Southern University Law Center (J.D. 1990) where he was an Associate Editor of the Law Review.
