James Nolletti is an accomplished negotiator and litigator with over three decades of wide-ranging experience in matrimonial and family law cases. He is the founder of Nolletti Law Group, a firm focused exclusively on the unique needs of its divorce and family law clients. Formerly, Mr. Nolletti was the supervising partner of the family law and matrimonial litigation practice at the White Plains firm of Collier, Halpern, Newberg & Nolletti. James Nolletti began his career as a criminal trial prosecutor in the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office and has since represented clients in numerous and notable cases at both the trial and appellate court levels.

Ms. Shasta Nolte is a family law, estate planning, and civil litigation attorney with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Juris Doctorate from University of Texas Law School. She is licensed in both Texas and Arizona and has practiced Family Law in both states. Shasta gained valuable experience in Family law and estate planning at her prior firms, honing her skills so she is able to provide exceptional representation for her clients. She began her career with Bellah Law in January 2018. It is her belief that there are two challenges in every family law matter, the emotional battle and the legal battle. Shasta is passionate about helping clients’ navigate the emotional and legal landscape in every type of family law matter. Shasta is a licensed mediator in the State of Texas and uses those skills to facilitate settlement negotiations even in the most emotionally charged legal matters. Before becoming an attorney, Shasta served in the United States Navy and United States Army Reserve.

Siobhan T. O’Grady joined Miller Zeiderman LLP in November 2018 after having served as the Principal Court Attorney to a Supreme Court Justice for five years and a Family Court Judge for almost three years, with six years of litigation experience before joining the Court System. Her experience as a Court Attorney provides her with the unique and invaluable perspective of having worked side by side with the Judges presiding over divorce actions and post-judgment matrimonial matters, custody/visitation matters, child support matters, neglect, and abuse matters. Her court system background of conferencing and settling matters with counsel and pro se litigants allows her to approach cases with an eye towards resolution, while her litigation background enables her to litigate cases/issues when necessary.
