Catherine Hicks is a native Atlantan, a 1986 graduate of the University of Georgia (cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and a 1989 graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law.. She was awarded the full academic Castellow Scholarship to UGA Law School. Catherine was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1989 and joined Fox Chandler in 1992. Catherine is a member of the Gainesville-Northeastern Bar Association (Vice President, 2016-2017; Secretary, 2014-2016), The E. Wycliff Orr Inn of Court, and the Family Law Section of the Georgia Bar Association. Catherine is a former Special Assistant Attorney General. She has been an active member of the State Bar's High School Mock Trial Committee since 1991 (Chair, 1996-1997). Catherine's community and civic involvement has included: Hall-Dawson CASA Board of Directors; Hall County United Way (Attorneys Section Chair); Children's Center for Hope and Healing Board of Directors; Northeast Georgia Medical Center Auxiliary; Enota Elementary PTA Board Vice President; Centennial Elementary PTA Board Secretary; Pinecrest Academy Touchdown Club Officer; Gainesville High School and Pinecrest Academy mock trial team coach. Catherine and her husband Brian are the parents of two sons who are also attorneys. Divorce and other kinds of family law litigation are frequently very stressful. Catherine Hicks focuses her practice exclusively on the area of family law and on helping her clients navigate the often complex, stressful situations with which they are faced with compassion, experience and attention to detail.

Dori B. Hightower has been a solo practitioner in both Connecticut and California for over 25 years. She serves a variety of clients, but her concentration has been in complex and contentious matrimonial cases. Hightower's compassion and sensitivity in helping her clients through the difficult and often complex process of divorce has proven to be one of her strongest assets. In the corporate sector, Hightower served as Senior Counsel for Southern New England Telephone Company, where she provided legal counsel, protection of intellectual property, contract management and oversight, regulatory compliance, and litigation support. Hightower is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association. She has been recognized by the top 100 National Black Lawyers in 2022 and 2023. She was recognized by the Connecticut Law Tribune as the Litigation Department of the year - Solo Litigation Practice. Hightower holds a B.A from Bennington College and a J.D. from the Boston University School of Law.

Madison Hill is a native of Western North Carolina. Madison grew up in Hendersonville as an eighth generation resident of Henderson County. She attended Mars Hill University where she graduated cum laude in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Secondary Social Studies Education. While in college, she was also a member of the Bonner Scholar program. As a Bonner Scholar, she volunteered over 1,600 hours at local women shelters, the Boys and Girls Club of Hendersonville, Madison High School, after school programs, and Henderson County Historical Society. Madison was the recipient of the Randolph Research Award, which allowed her to travel and further research local Appalachian history. After graduating from Mars Hill University, Madison began law school at the University of South Carolina in the fall of 2016. She was chosen to be secretary of the Christian Legal Society, and enjoyed this leadership position. While in law school, she interned at the Henderson County District Attorney's Office, where she was exposed to courtroom litigation. She also interned at the Richland County Public Defender's Office in Columbia SC. Madison earned a concentration in children's law by completing additional family law classes, a research project, and an externship at the juvenile public Defender's Office in Richland County. Her concentration in children's law gave Madison a more extensive knowledge of family law. Madison was the first to graduate from her law school class in December 2018. She was admitted to practice in North Carolina in April 2019. Madison has been practicing family law in Western North Carolina since 2019.

Adria Hillman

Adria S. Hillman is a 1967 graduate from Bennington College which she attended on a Jesse Smith Noyes Fellowship and graduated from New York University School of Law in 1970. She joined Richard Green immediately after law school and became a partner in Green & Hillman in 1976 where she concentrated on commercial, copyright, defamation and divorce litigation. She co-authored with Harriet N. Cohen an analysis of Equitable Distribution in Divorce in New York as well as several op ed pieces for the New York Times on divorce related issues and she edited a Chapter in a Family Law Manual on Separation Agreements and was Editor of Women and the Law for several years. In 1991, Adria went into practice on her own concentrating on complex divorce and custody litigation and appeals. Adria has conducted trials concerning both custody and financial issues and has also done extensive appellate work in these areas. Since starting her own firm, she also has been a founding member of the New York Women’s Foundation, serving on its Advocacy committee, a member of its Executive committee and a Vice-President, and was appointed to the New York State Legislative Advisory Committee concerning the Estates, Powers and Trusts law, a New York City Task Force on Family Violence and a Governor’s Task Force on Sexual Harassment. Adria has been a member of the Bar Association of the City of New York since 1973 and has served on its Judiciary Committee and its Matrimonial Committee and has been a member of the New York Women’s Bar Association since 1982 and is a sustaining member of the New York State Bar Association. Adria is currently a special master for the New York County Supreme Court. Adria has had a Martindale Hubbell AV rating for successive years and has been named as a Super Lawyer every year since 2007.
