Mr. Laracca’s practice is devoted to criminal defense, plaintiffs’ personal injury and general civil litigation. He has appeared as an expert witness on U.S. civil procedure on a medical malpractice case in Padua, Italy. He has successfully argued before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the NJ Appellate Division published an opinion on one of the cases he handled involving attorney-client privilege as it pertains to grand jury subpoenas. He also served as local co-counsel on the high-profile post-conviction relief case of State v. Taccetta. Lawrence B. LaRaus, Esq. brings more than 25 years of experience to the practice of law. Mr. LaRock is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude with a dual major in English and Political Science. He continued his academic accomplishments at Pace University School of Law graduating Cum Laude and was nominated by the faculty on the Moot Court Board. Mr. LaRock is admitted to the practice of Law in the State of New York. He is also admitted to the United States District Courts for both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
