He and his wife Diana have four grown children and two grandchildren, including a son who is an Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan and his youngest son, who was an All-American pitcher at St John’s University and is now with the Tampa Bay Rays.

Only 2.5% of Pennsylvania attorneys who are 40 years of age or younger or have been practicing for less than ten years are selected each year as a Rising Star. In 2022, Nicole was named a Super Lawyer by Philadelphia Magazine for Pennsylvania, an honor bestowed upon no more than 5% of practicing attorneys in each state. Nicole also has significant experience handling matters in the Surrogate’s Courts of New York, New Jersey, and Orphans’ Court in Pennsylvania. Nicole has conducted numerous trials in both state and federal court. In addition to wills and powers of attorney, Nicole has drafted deeds, special needs trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, and revocable living trusts, among other instruments.
