Mr. Kritzer holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from SUNY Buffalo (1989), and his Juris Doctor from New York Law School (1992). He was admitted to practice in New York State in 1992, and he is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is also a member of numerous bar and trial lawyer associations including the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Suffolk County Bar Association. Brandon J. Kroft is Co-Managing Partner of the firm's offices and serves as a member of the Executive Committee. He is also a former member of the firm's Hiring and Associate Evaluation Committees. Brandon focuses his practice on complex construction, product liability, professional liability and general liability matters. Brandon is often called upon by his clients to engage in and coordinate immediate response teams for catastrophic accidents, including transportation and construction matters. This includes working with clients and consultants to ensure preservation of evidence and developing defense strategy from the earliest possible moment. Prior to law school, Brandon was a member of Army Reserve and National Guard.
