Jeffrey King is a partner in the firm's Fort Worth office where he is a member of the oil, gas, and resources practice group. He has tried many cases to jury verdicts as well as to the bench and before arbitration panels. Jeffrey has represented a variety of oil and gas producers in federal and state courts and before arbitration panels in Texas, California, Kansas, Colorado, Ohio, Oklahoma, West Virginia and Wyoming, as well as before the Supreme Courts of Texas, Oklahoma, and West Virginia. He also has extensive experience in multi-district and class action litigation.

Area of Practice: Litigation Rachel A. King is an attorney in California and Arizona and veteran of the U.S. military. After being raised in a family of attorneys, Rachel served in the Army as a paralegal and Communication Specialist and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. As an active member in good standing with the State Bar of California, State Bar of Arizona, Riverside County Bar Association, Southwest Bar Association, Richard T. Fields Bar Association, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and American Bar Association, Rachel is committed to the legal success of her clients. Communication is essential for a successful attorney-client relationship. She always goes above and beyond to remain personally available to all of her clients. Outside of the firm, Rachel is highly active in her community. She developed the Attorney Mentor Program within the Southwest Valley Youth Court, is a proud founding member of the Douglas County Bar Association in Douglas County, Nevada, and spends a lot of time giving back to elementary schools, senior centers, assisted living centers, and non-profits. Her penchant for serving the community earned her the Murrieta Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2016.

Daniel D. King (“Dan”) is a highly respected state, national and international trial lawyer and mediator with an AV Martindale-Hubbell Pre-Eminent rating. As a trial lawyer, Dan has represented both plaintiffs and defendants. He has been named one of the top Trial Lawyers in Houston, Texas on multiple occasions and a TEXAS SUPER LAWYER by Texas Monthly Magazine and Law & Politics. He has twice received the National Defense Counsel Continuing Excellence Award by OMSNIC and has been named a National Defense Counsel Star of the Year by AAOMS Insurance Company. Dan as well serves as Plaintiff’s counsel in the prosecution and protection of the rights of individuals, privately held corporations and Fortune 500 Companies in complex litigation and class action lawsuits. In addition, he has served as CEO, President and General Counsel of multi-national corporations.

David has over 27 years of active trial practice experience, focusing on civil trials, mediation, motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, workers compensation, insurance claims and social security disability claims. David has recovered many millions of dollars on behalf of his injured clients. David has successfully tried numerous cases throughout both South Dakota and Iowa. He has extensive appellate experience before the South Dakota Supreme Court. He has also tried (and won) numerous Social Security Disability cases. Prior to entering private practice, David was honored to be selected as the Law Clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Robert A. Miller of the South Dakota Supreme Court. David is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Iowa Association for Justice, the State Bar of Iowa, the National Organization for Social Security Claimant's Representatives, the State Bar of South Dakota, and the South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association. He attended the University of South Dakota for both his B.S. and J.D.
