Elizabeth A. Kaleva was raised in Missoula, Montana. Elizabeth She received her Bachelor’s Degree in History from Boston College in 1991 and then went on to receive her J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law in 1995. Elizabeth is admitted to practice in all Montana courts, the United States District Courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Elizabeth serves as counsel for school districts in all areas of employment and school law. Her specific practice areas include: contract negotiations, employee misconduct and discipline, student misconduct and discipline, special education and federal programs, and Board of Trustees practice and procedure. In addition, she also provides litigation defense to school districts and their employees in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and administrative agencies relating to all aspects of school district operations

Kimberly Kalmanson practices in the areas of commercial and employment litigation, in both federal and state court, as well as before FINRA, JAMS and the AAA. She also acts as general counsel to a variety of small to mid-sized companies. Prior to establishing a solo practice, Kim was an attorney at Labaton Sucharow LLP where she prosecuted and managed complex securities fraud cases against national and international companies and banking institutions on behalf of institutional investors . There, Kim’s primary focus was on residential mortgage-backed securities and the subprime mortgage lending and securitization industries. Before joining Labaton Sucharow, Kim was an associate at Dentons US LLP (formerly, Sonnenschein, Nath and Rosenthal LLP) where her practice focused on commercial and business litigation, as well as white collar criminal and government investigations work.

With nineteen years of experience in employment law, information technology law, and health information privacy, Ms. Kamber Todd provides services to both organizations and individuals. Her work includes human resources, labor relations, workplace training, contracts, unemployment compensation, benefits, severance, agency practice, and litigation.
